What are your shipping fees and lead times for delivery?

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all watch orders. Local duties and taxes will need to be paid where applicable.

UK (2 DAYS)
All watches are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Insured and tracked, you’ll be sent the tracking reference after the watch is dispatched. We track all orders until they arrive safely with you.
 
EU (4-7 DAYS)
Post-Brexit update (February 2021): We are sending watches to the EU as normal. Please be aware that local duties and taxes will need to be paid prior to delivery. You will not be charged UK VAT tax (20%) on your order, this is calculated at checkout. If you have any questions about shipping to the EU please don't hesitate to contact us. All watches are sent using DHL Express. Insured and tracked, you’ll be sent the Airway Bill tracking reference after the watch is dispatched. We track all orders until they arrive safely with you.
 
REST OF WORLD (2-10 DAYS)
All watches are sent using DHL Express. Insured and tracked, you’ll be sent the Airway Bill tracking reference after the watch is dispatched. We track all orders until they arrive safely with you.

What's the best way to look after my watch?

Escudo Watches are extensively tested before leaving the workshop and we want to ensure that the enjoyment that comes from wearing a Escudo Watch so we recommend the following tips are observed:

Ensure the crown is screwed down tightly to create a hermetic seal.

When you reset the time, the date or other functions or wind the watch manually, it is extremely important to ensure that you have screwed down the winding crown until it cannot turn any further.

After wearing your watch in the sea, it is important to rinse it with fresh water to remove any salt and sand deposits.

Avoid contact with electrical equipment and strong magnets.
