The collaboration between Escudo and José is the result of friendship, mutual respect and a shared passion for both watches and sport. A defender renowned for his toughness and leadership skills, qualities that have not gone unnoticed. In 2014 at the age of 31 José was given his first call up to the Portuguese National team, and in 2016 helped Portugal win their first major title. Captaincy has also played a huge role in José's football career, having captained Southampton from 2014 and in recent years his club side Lille OSC to the 2020/21 Ligue 1 title.
