Beautifully manufactured and polished, highly scratch resistant glass sitting proud above the bezel and having triple anti-reflective coating on both inside & out. Our leather straps are entirely handmade from premium Italian Vachetta leather. The vegetable tanned leather is finished in wooden vats with animal fats and waxes, producing a full-grain leather with a buttery smooth finish.

Steel uni-directional turning bezel with a dual-bearing action for longevity and precision and featuring 3D lumed numbers and markers and a bi-coloured time elapsed triangle showing the Portuguese flag colours. Matt aluminium bezel insert complementing the dial colour.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@escudo-watches.com

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £60 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all watch orders. Local duties and taxes will need to be paid where applicable.


UK (2 Days)
All watches are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Insured and tracked, you’ll be sent the tracking reference after the watch is dispatched. We track all orders until they arrive safely with you.


EU (4-7 Days)
Post-Brexit update (February 2021): We are sending watches to the EU as normal. Please be aware that local duties and taxes will need to be paid prior to delivery. You will not be charged UK VAT tax (20%) on your order, this is calculated at checkout. If you have any questions about shipping to the EU please don't hesitate to contact us.
All watches are sent using DHL Express. Insured and tracked, you’ll be sent the Airway Bill tracking reference after the watch is dispatched. We track all orders until they arrive safely with you.

Escudo Watches is committed to providing uncompromising after-sales service and support. To protect your investment, your Escudo timepiece is covered by a four (4) year limited international warranty effective from the date of purchase.  To register your four (4) year warranty please scan the QR code which will take you to our website. Your warranty must be registered within 30 days of purchase.

We partner with a number of independent workshops in the UK to provide service locations that are the most convenient for our customers in the event of a warranty or service incident. We are also open to working with competent shops that are local to you, should you know of one.



The warranty covers manufacturing and materials defects, but does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact (including but not limited to scratches, chipping of the crystal or wearing of PVD coatings).
  • Unauthorized repair or modification work.
  • Bracelets or accessories.
  • Water infiltration due to failure to secure screw-down crowns or submergence at depths exceeding the rated water-resistance.
